Role Description This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Broker Associate located in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Broker Associate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, managing client relationships, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will include listing properties, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with all real estate regulations. Planning site visits and conducting site visits with clients Connecting with various brokers for listing of properties of various clients Reaching out to his/her existing client list for investments in new projects Qualifications Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously Familiarity with Gurgaon and South delhi real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
