Real Estate Broker Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Broker Associate located in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Broker Associate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, managing client relationships, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will include listing properties, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with all real estate regulations.

• Planning site visits and conducting site visits with clients
• Connecting with various brokers for listing of properties of various clients
• Reaching out to his/her existing client list for investments in new projects

Qualifications

• Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
• Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Familiarity with Gurgaon and South delhi real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
