Construction Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Construction Site Supervisor (12–15 years of experience) to independently manage day-to-day construction activities at the site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring site progress, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring documentation and approvals are in place, and liaising with relevant government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution

• Independently oversee the execution of all civil and structural work at the site.
• Monitor daily work progress, quality standards, and adherence to design and safety protocols.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure work is completed on schedule.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, maintain, and submit site-related documents such as work permits, measurement sheets, material inspection reports, and DPRs.
• Ensure all required documentation for statutory approvals is compiled and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of materials received and consumed, work done, and manpower deployed.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Supervise contractors and ensure timely completion of their scope of work.
• Verify quality of materials and workmanship delivered by external vendors.
• Track work completion against milestones; raise alerts for delays or bottlenecks.
• Assist in vendor billing verification and certification.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are strictly followed on site.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or 12th Pass.
• Experience: 12–15 years in site execution, preferably in industrial/factory/residential projects.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, planning workflows, and executing finishing/detailing.
• Strong command over vendor handling, labor management, and material planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
