Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

This position is for our sister concern company SolarPunk Future 1. GST Compliance & Taxation Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase records and coordinate with vendors for mismatches. Ensure timely TDS deduction and payment, and file TDS returns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulatory changes. 2. Invoice Management Review and verify purchase and sales invoices for accuracy and compliance. Record invoices in the accounting system. Track invoice approvals and ensure timely billing and follow-ups. 3. Payment Processing Prepare payment schedules and process vendor/supplier payments on time. Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking. Liaise with banks for transactions, statements, and fund transfers. 4. General Accounting Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers. Assist in monthly closing and prepare necessary reports. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
