Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the daily financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and be able to work effectively with the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Maintain and update daily bookkeeping entries
Support preparation of financial statements and reports
Vendor invoice processing and payment follow-ups
Bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Assist in monthly closing activities and audits
Coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processing

Skills & Qualifications

B.Com graduate with strong accounting knowledge
Basic understanding of GST, TDS & financial statements
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Good communication and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nadakavu, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
