Construction Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer at NewCold, you will play a crucial role in managing the engineering aspects of warehouse construction projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs, ensuring efficient and effective completion of projects, evaluating and improving changes impacting project scope, budget, or schedule, and monitoring the engineering process based on quality and Total Cost of Ownership. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications, providing input on project outcomes, resolving escalated operational issues, and offering engineering life-cycle support to built-up warehouses. Additionally, you will support Business Development initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree or relevant experience in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, along with 4 to 10 years of engineering project experience in logistic real estate. You should also have experience in leading smaller engineering project teams, be willing to travel regularly, and be comfortable working in an international and dynamic work environment.
