Principal Consultant

• Assisting in

  site coordination

  workflow management

• Monitoring and reporting on

  project progress and timelines

• Maintaining

  documentation

• Conducting

• Supporting

  quality control

  and ensuring compliance with safety and standards
• Learning and applying

  project management tools and methods

• Contributing to the

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Civil Engineering

  Architecture

  , or

  Construction Management

• Up to

  5 years of experience

  in site execution or project coordination
• Sound understanding of

  construction site operations

• Strong

  organizational

  time-management

  abilities
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and

  AutoCAD

• Excellent

  communication

  and

  interpersonal

  skills
• Keen eye for

  detail

  and

  accuracy

• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with

  project management principles

• Must own a
