Job Description

Technical Skills:

Responsible for complete site construction management, including planning, execution,
supervision, and HSE compliance.
Develop site construction schedule in coordination with project controls.
Coordinate with client, engineering, vendors, and contractors for execution planning and
resolution of site issues.
Ensure smooth site mobilization including labor, equipment, and local statutory compliance.
Monitor construction progress against plan and initiate corrective actions.
Manage subcontractors and supervise construction personnel and supervisors.
Support site QA/QC and safety teams for implementation of quality and HSE standards.
Handle project documentation: daily logs, manpower reports, DPR, WPR, and billing support.

Software/System Skills

AutoCAD, Primavera (P6), MS Project
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Special Skills

Crisis handling and quick decision-making on ground-level issues.
Experience in Multi Discipline engineering environment.
Experience with site safety audits, material tracking, and local procurement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
