Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Location: Thane, India Experience Required: 3–10 years Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Admin Manager / HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and support general administrative tasks. This role involves welcoming visitors, handling calls, managing correspondence, and coordinating staff travel bookings including trains and hotels. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately Handle all incoming and outgoing courier packages and office correspondence Maintain a neat and organized reception and waiting area Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying Coordinate travel arrangements for staff , including booking of train and hotel tickets Maintain records of travel itineraries, reservations, and related expenses Liaise with travel agents, hotels, and platforms like IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, etc. Order and manage inventory of office supplies Support HR/Admin team with on-ground coordination and documentation Handle basic emergency protocols and coordinate with security when needed Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–10 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online travel booking platforms Experience in corporate travel coordination is preferred Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude Graduate in any discipline (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
