Job Description

Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to specifications and safety standards.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and completed.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
At least 18 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the apartment or multi-family construction industry
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
