We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Construction Manager (m/f/d) to join our team!

Your responsibilities:

Develop detailed assembly instructions in the office and prepare site activities

Act as the "extended arm" of the project and site managers on-site

Lead, guide, and supervise both internal and external personnel

Organize all activities to ensure smooth, timely project execution (materials, tools, personnel, transport, site setup, etc.), considering technical requirements

Diagnose issues, specify solutions, and implement corrective actions

Document project progress, track additional or reduced services, evaluate, and coordinate changes
-
Create technical documentation, update operation manuals, prepare reports, and communicate additional costs

Serve as the main contact for clients, site personnel, and project management
-
Conduct training sessions

Plan and ensure compliance with HSE standards, safety regulations, environmental conditions, norms, and quality guidelines

Manage working hours and administrative tasks for seamless reporting to headquarters

Report directly to the Project Manager / Site Supervisor
What we expect from you:

Degree in Engineering or Technical Vocational Training with several years of experience in a similar role within plant construction

Strong social and communication skills, organizational talent, intercultural sensitivity, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and entrepreneurial mindset

Willingness to travel worldwide without restrictions

Excellent German and good English language skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Autodesk AutoCAD / Inventor / MS Project
