We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in managing contract deviations, customer communication, and repair budget approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Claims Management:

• Identify and prepare claims arising from deviations in contract terms and conditions (variations, delays, damages, idle time, escalations, etc.).
• Negotiate and close claims with customers.
• Coordinate and arrange amendments to incorporate agreed claims.

2. Repair Approval:

• Review and approve budgets for repair works.
• Track and monitor expenses related to repairs to ensure cost control.

3. Customer Communication:

• Proactively communicate with customers regarding contractual deviations and concerns.
• Coordinate with site teams to collect inputs and draft contractual correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of contractual terms and commercial processes.
• Experience in claims handling and customer negotiations.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Engineering or legal background preferred.
