Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Labour Recruitment & Development (LRD) Officer at Amtex Infrastructure located in Noida and Ghaziabad. The Labour Recruitment and Development Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment of skilled , semi-skilled labourers and contractors ( Shuttering , Steel, Brick work, Plaster ETC.) at construction sites, developing training programs, implementing employee relations strategies, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Qualifications Recruitment, Training Program Development, and Employee Relations skillsKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsExperience in recruiting labours and contractors for construction sites.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyDiploma in labour management with 8-10 years experience.Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus. What you’ll do Contractor Company - Candidate will have to go in field for recruiting labour contractors who is a person that arranges labour at construction sites be it shuttering, steel, brick work or plaster.
