1. Conduct Site Inspections location wise and submit detailed report.
2. Conduct reports for tranche disbursement
3. Post sanction credit including MIS verification, Issuance of reports to Credit team.
4. Escrow operation and sweep management, NOC issuance, No Dues Issuance.
5. Handling and reconciling the receipts post-NOC issuance.
6. Issuance of the final NOC post receipt of Total Sales consideration.
7. Follow-up for recovery and monitor DPD.
8. Managing prepayment schedules and other data points as per periodical requirements.
9. Interact and coordinate with various internal teams
