The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of this prestigious project. Job Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints. Oversee the execution of civil engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Site Management: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with site teams to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient construction site. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards in construction and materials. Conduct inspections and assessments to identify and address potential quality issues promptly. Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing cost estimates for proposed changes and ensuring cost-effectiveness in construction practices. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Collaborate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Vendor developmen Finding the right vendor for work. Record keeping Payments to vendors as per the work progress. Cordination with architects and contractors for timely delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in managing luxury residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Goa. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. Familiarity with construction software and tools for project planning and monitoring. Effective communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
