Job Title:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance and growth for our construction chemicals product line for Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and achieving sales targets, expanding distribution networks. This role requires a strong leadership presence, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Target Achievement:

    • Lead and motivate a team of frontline sales personnel to meet or exceed sales volume, value, and growth targets for the depot.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Distribution Network Expansion:

    • Expand and manage a robust retail distribution network within the territory to increase market reach and product availability.
    • Implement and oversee network management programs to optimize distribution performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree (Graduation) with an MBA (specialization in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience:

    • 7 to 12 years of proven sales experience in the

      construction chemicals industry

      , with a focus on channel sales and distribution.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team and deliver measurable results in a competitive market.
