Construction Chemical Area Sales Manager

In this role as an Area Sales Manager for Construction Chemicals at SAASCO GLOBAL HOLDINGS PVT.LTD, working with the brand Mix N Fix, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Delhi NCR Region. Your primary focus will be on promoting the range of construction chemical products, providing technical support, and fostering strong customer relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, trends, customers, and partnerships. - Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like contractors, distributors, and end-users. - Provide technical support and product training to clients, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. - Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management. - Maintain a thorough understanding of construction chemical products and industry best practices. - Collaborate with the technical team on product demonstrations and presentations, and advise on promotional materials. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field. - Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction chemicals industry. - Strong understanding of construction chemicals, applications, and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using phone software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
