Configuration Specialists

The Configuration Specialist role at Hexure India involves implementing business rules in FireLight, the proprietary SaaS electronic fulfillment solution. Your primary responsibility will be to apply template and custom business rules to applications for financial products, ensuring that users complete applications for financial products accurately and in good order. This includes ensuring the completeness of individual forms and all necessary forms within an application package. You will be engaged in the software development life cycle from requirements gathering to project implementation, providing basic Tier 2 production support as needed. Hexure India, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is a team of dedicated professionals with extensive experience in developing innovative sales automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries. As part of our team, you will collaborate with our US-based company to create intuitive and compliant software solutions that empower our clients in the insurance, retirement, and investment sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining business rules to enhance the user experience in completing electronic applications. You will update rules for various work items in the carrier workflow, support customer deployments, and address issues in a timely manner. Your tasks will also include testing scenarios, collaborating with team members, and ensuring project deadlines and KPIs are met. To excel in this position, you should have 1-3 years of technical experience, proficiency in web and desktop applications, and expertise in XML creation and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving are essential.
