On a typical day, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premises using the Dell Boomi Atmosphere platform. This includes Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and Enterprise web service APIs. You will also be managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams to determine and define integration requirements and create solution options will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will provide technical subject matter expertise and work with a wider team to ensure development activities align with scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives. Analyzing integration requirements, performing gap analysis, creating technical design documents, and maintaining source/destination field mapping library will also be part of your responsibilities. Implementing encryption and security protocols to protect and safeguard sensitive information at rest and in transit is crucial. You will perform unit testing, maintain development artifacts for audit compliance, and contribute to the long-term vision by implementing methodologies and procedures conforming to standard integration patterns, modern technical innovations, and best practices. Providing periodic operational and project status reports to the management team will also be expected. To succeed in this role at XPO, you must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Boomi development experience. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including data model, SFAPI/ODATA API, and Integration Center is required. A strong understanding of various protocols/methods of communication such as XML, XML Schemas, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Groovy, FTP, SFTP, PGP, JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, JMS, Mail, HTTP/HTTPS is essential. Knowledge in infrastructure-based landscapes for distributed architecture, Atom/Molecule sizing & benchmarking is a necessity. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. Being self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision is important. Additionally, it would be great if you have experience with Jira, other middleware tools and technologies, integration performance tuning, and process improvements. Programming experience with Java and related technologies, experience with creating Service catalogs and API Management, and automation development experience would be a plus. Possessing a Professional Dell Boomi Developer or Architect certification would also be advantageous. Join us and be a part of something big.,
