Confidence & Presentation Coach (Math & Science Focus)

We are seeking a passionate Confidence & Presentation Coach to help students overcome fear of mathematics and science, while enhancing their oral communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will guide students in expressing ideas clearly, building confidence, and enjoying learning through interactive demonstrations, workshops, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to strengthen students’ confidence in mathematics and science.
• Assess students’ oral communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Design activities that integrate mathematics and science concepts with interactive demonstrations and hands-on learning.
• Coach students on body language, articulation, pacing, tone, and stage presence to boost confidence.
• Conduct mock presentations and provide actionable feedback to help students overcome fear and phobia.
• Track student progress, prepare reports, and provide guidance for improvement.
• Encourage curiosity, creative thinking, and problem-solving through playful and engaging learning methods.
• Stay updated on innovative educational techniques, presentation tools, and student engagement strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students with empathy and patience.
• Strong knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, Prezi).
• Creativity in designing activities that make mathematics and science enjoyable.
• Experience working with students across Grades 3–10.
• Ability to reduce learning anxiety and make complex concepts approachable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Communication, Science, Mathematics, or related fields (preferred).
• Professional certification in public speaking, coaching, or training is a plus.
• Prior experience as a trainer, presentation coach, or educator.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
