Conference Operations Specialist

As a Customer Care Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in conducting business conferences by mediating calls to identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Other duties will involve scheduling conferences, maintaining records, processing emails, and adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
