JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, grace, and professionalism.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Respond to guest inquiries, manage requests, and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Offer thoughtful local recommendations for dining, shopping, cultural experiences, and events in Pune.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and personalized itineraries.
• Anticipate guest needs and curate bespoke experiences to enhance their stay.
• Gather and relay guest feedback to management to continuously elevate service standards.
• Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and payment information.
• Oversee the hotel’s boutique and gift corner—ensure displays are elegant, items well-stocked, and sales efficiently managed.
• Assist guests with product recommendations, gift wrapping, and billing transactions.

PROFILE

• Experience: Min 2-4 years. Freshers welcome.
• Industry: Hospitality, Hotel Management.
• Skills: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills especially in English. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Problem Solver and attention to detail.
• Degree: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,707.19 - ₹33,505.44 per month
