Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine vision systems for inspection, measurement, and quality control
Develop and optimize image processing and defect detection algorithms
Integrate vision solutions with automation systems, robotics, PLCs, cameras, and industrial sensors
Perform system testing, validation, calibration, and troubleshooting of vision setups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation, production, and R&D
Support production teams during deployment and post-implementation phases
Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and SOPs

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field
6+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision / Machine Vision systems
Strong programming skills in
Python, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with vision libraries and tools such as: OpenCV, HALCON, Cognex (VisionPro / In-Sight) or similar platforms
Solid understanding of: Image processing techniques, Optics and camera selection, Industrial lighting and lenses, Machine vision hardware and protocols
Experience with industrial automation and integration with PLCs and robotic systems
