Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  machine vision systems

  for automated inspection, measurement, and quality control.
• Configure and program

  vision hardware and software

  to meet project and production requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate vision systems with

  robotics and automation equipment

  .
• Develop, optimize, and deploy algorithms for

  image processing, object detection, and defect detection

  .
• Perform

  system testing and validation

  to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  image processing, cameras, lighting, lenses, and automation setups

  .
• Provide

  technical support and training

  to production, operators, and maintenance teams.
• Create and maintain documentation including

  system architecture, workflows, SOPs, and maintenance procedures

  .
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in

  machine vision, deep learning, and industrial automation

  .

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics

  , or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5–8 years

  of hands-on experience in

  Computer Vision / Machine Vision

  roles.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying

  industrial vision solutions

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  Python, C++, or C#

  .
• Experience with vision libraries and platforms such as

  HALCON, Cognex, OpenCV

  , or similar.
• Excellent understanding of

  image processing, pattern recognition, optics

  , and lighting techniques.
• Familiarity with

  automation systems, sensors, PLCs, and robotics

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
