Computer Vision Engineer

To develop state of the art algorithms in the fields of Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Deep Learning to provide software specifications and production code for different projects and to work on edge devices and frameworks like CUDA, TensorRT, NVIDIA computer vision SDKs.

Dataset collection and annotation:

Creating suitable dataset for the model training purpose.

• Annotate the objects in images.

Object Detection, Recognition, Identification:

Develop AI based state-of-the-art algorithms for object detection/classification, target tracking.

• Optimize deep neural networks and the associated preprocessing/ postprocessing code to run efficiently.

• Working on deep learning framework like TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorRT

• Model training and deployment on Nvidia edge device.

Hardware (Image Processor):

Working on GPU technologies and frameworks like –CUDA, NVIDIA computer vision SDKs.

• Working with Color/ Thermal camera.

• Working with hardware communication interface e.g. RS422, ethernet, USB, HD-SDI etc.

• Real-time Video streaming and video compression.

• Development of Image processing algorithm on FPGA board.

Computer vision & Image processing:

Development of various image and video processing algorithms on using OpenCV with C++ and python.

• Good to have hands on experience on thermal and visible image processing for defence application.

• Good exposure to Deep Learning, CNN, YOLO, MobileNet, DeepSort etc.

• Model compressing and pruning in deep learning

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

B.Tech (EE/CS/EC/AIML), M.Tech (CS, Signal Processing, AIML, VLSI, Mechatronics) and related to this field.

• Required experience: 2 - 6 years as a computer vision engineer.

• Knowledge of working with multispectral imaging like thermal and visible images.

• Experience in object detection/classification and tracking.

• Knowledge of OpenCv, Machine learning, Deep learning, image processing.

• Knowledge of framework like TensorFlow, PyTorch.

• Proficiency in coding: C++, Python

• Experience in applying classical video tracking algorithm on real time thermal video for defence application.

• Experience of AI model deployment on Nvidia edge devices Jetson Nano, Xavier, Orion etc.

• Experience in GPU technologies, model optimization and frameworks –CUDA, TensorRT.

• Hands on experience of image and video processing on FPGA board is desirable.
