Computer Trainer cum Facilitator

Location: Government Schools across Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Trainer cum Facilitator to deliver

computer education and digital literacy programs in Government Schools across Delhi.

The role involves conducting computer classes, facilitating digital learning, and ensuring

smooth operation of IT infrastructure provided in the school. The ideal candidate must

possess strong technical knowledge, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to

empowering students through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

. Conduct regular computer training sessions for students from classes 6 to 12 as

per the prescribed curriculum.

. Facilitate digital learning and integrate ICT tools into classroom teaching.

. Guide students in basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, typing,

email, and other relevant applications.

. Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and performance.

. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of computer labs and IT equipment.

. Assist teachers and school staff in using technology for teaching and

administrative purposes.

. Organize workshops or hands-on sessions on digital safety, cyber awareness, and

other ICT-related topics.

. Coordinate with school authorities and project team for reporting and updates.

. Ensure discipline and safety during lab sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

. Graduate in any discipline with a diploma/certificate in Computer Applications

(minimum 1-year duration)

OR

. BCA/MCA/B.Sc (IT)/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science/IT

Experience:

. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in computer training, preferably in a

school or educational setup

Skills Required:

. Proficient in MS Office, internet operations, and basic troubleshooting

. Good communication and classroom management skills

. Passion for teaching and mentoring students

. Basic knowledge of cyber safety and digital tools

. Ability to maintain documentation and submit regular reports

Other Requirements:

. Willingness to travel within assigned zones in Delhi

. A positive attitude towards working with school children and staff

. Knowledge of Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Remuneration:

. ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (consolidated)
