Ladli Foundation, a UN- and Government of India-recognized grassroots non-profit, is looking for dynamic School Program Coordinators to lead and manage its Advanced Digital Education Labs across 100 government schools in Delhi. Our mission is to empower vulnerable women and youth by providing equitable access to healthcare, education, and life skills. Through this impactful initiative, we aim to bridge the digital divide and foster 21st-century learning in underserved communities. Key Responsibilities/Job Description 1. Conduct regular computer training sessions for students (Classes 6–12) as per the prescribed curriculum. 2. Facilitate digital learning and integrate ICT tools into classroom teaching. 3. Guide students in basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, typing, email, and relevant applications. 4. Maintain records of student attendance, learning progress, and performance. 5.Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of computer labs and IT infrastructure. 6.Support school teachers and staff in using technology for teaching and administrative purposes. 7.Organize sessions on digital safety, cyber awareness, and responsible technology use. 8.Coordinate closely with school authorities and the project team for updates and reporting. 9.Ensure discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment during lab sessions. Who Can Apply: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in B.Tech / Computer Science or an equivalent discipline. 2. 1–2 years of experience in computer training or education preferred (freshers passionate about teaching can also apply!). 4. Proficiency in MS Office, internet operations, and basic troubleshooting. 5. Strong communication and classroom management skills. 6. Willingness to travel within assigned zones in Delhi. 7. Role Summary: We are looking for a visionary and driven Innovation Officer Development to lead the creation and implementation of innovative programs aligned with Ladli Foundation’s mission. You will be responsible for designing new strategies, piloting scalable ideas, and driving inclusive solutions for women, youth, and marginalized communities. Key Responsibilities: Lead development and innovation strategies that align with organizational goals and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Design and pilot new models and ideas in education, health, livelihood, menstrual hygiene, and youth development. Identify opportunities for program innovation, scale-up, or community-based co-creation. Drive cross-sector collaboration with government bodies, CSR partners, academic institutions, and international agencies. Conduct rapid prototyping, monitoring, and evaluation of pilot programs. Collaborate with research and data teams to ensure evidence-based decision-making. Support proposal writing, grant applications, and funding pitches with innovation components. Mentor field teams in design thinking, agile implementation, and impact storytelling. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in development innovation, social entrepreneurship, program design, or NGO strategy. Demonstrated success in developing or scaling impactful programs in the social/development sector. Familiarity with innovation methodologies like Design Thinking, or Lean Startup, Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development. Experience working with government schemes, CSR partnerships, or international donors is a plus.
