Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer / IT Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a Computer Engineer / IT Technician who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and hands-on repair work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components for our clients — both remotely and through on-site visits.

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations for our customers and contribute directly to the quality service that defines Satsheel Computers, a trusted IT solutions provider since 1989.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows installation, driver updates, etc.).
• Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, motherboard, etc.).
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Deliver and set up repaired systems at client locations.
• Install and configure networking equipment, printers, and basic CCTV systems (preferred).
• Document all service activities, including issue resolution and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service tickets and client communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of desktop, laptop, and peripheral components.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot Windows OS and basic software applications.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi configuration, IP setup).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable traveling to client sites within Delhi/NCR.
• Valid two-wheeler license (preferred).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
