Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Science Mentor based in Chennai. The Computer Science Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students through their tech career preparation journey. This includes conducting lectures, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring sessions, providing feedback on student work, developing educational materials, and helping students solve complex problems. The mentor will also collaborate with other educators and industry professionals to continuously improve the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including programming, algorithms, and data structures

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with UGC NET / Ph D Pursuing and registered graduates can also can apply.

• Proficiency in teaching and training students, including the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their career goals
• Prior experience in a mentoring or educational role is preferred
• Familiarity with the tech industry and job market trends
