Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Science Mentor based in Thoothukudi. The Computer Science Mentor will train and guide students in technical concepts, deliver hands-on coding sessions, and facilitate workshops or bootcamps. Responsibilities include assisting students with problem-solving, conducting assessments, and preparing them for technical interviews. The mentor will collaborate with the team to enhance course design and ensure overall learning outcomes are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems
• Experience with Web Development, Databases, or Cloud Computing is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective mentoring
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students
• Passion for teaching and motivating aspiring tech professionals
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is advantageous
