Computer Operators/ Backend Executive

Your day-to-day tasks will involve performing market research, processing research data, handling basic administrative tasks such as printing, emailing, and ordering supplies, supporting the sales and front office teams, managing inventory, scheduling staff meetings, updating calendars, processing company financial documents, and providing assistance to the management. Proficiency in MS Office applications and data management is essential, along with good handwriting for accurate record-keeping. To be considered for this position, you should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and possess prior experience as an Office Executive. Strong organizational abilities, familiarity with computer systems and MS Office, CRM platform knowledge, teamwork skills, effective communication skills, basic financial software understanding, and awareness of market research techniques are required.
