Computer Operator/Office Assistant

This job is not a simple data entry operator job and you will have to do multiple tasks including communication with other users, bulk emailing, social media management, record keeping as well as fieldwork.

Location: Indrapuri, BHEL, Bhopal, MP (onsite and full-time work only)

Pre-requisites: (Don't apply if you are lacking in any of these)

• There is no option for remote work or work-from-home.

• Experience/ knowledge of computer work (internet, MS Word, and MS Excel) is a must.
• Written English should be excellent without any errors as all the work will be in English. Spoken English is not very necessary but you should understand English.
• Candidates from the biomedical field will be preferred.

Work Profile

• All the fieldwork e.g. bank, post-office, or marketing
• Printing documents, preparing envelopes for postage, etc.
• Checking all the emails daily, communicating with the clients, providing support and resolving the queries, and following them
• Writing website content, email templates, blogs, social media posts as well as social media and email marketing and campaigning, etc.

• Managing social media accounts, posting new content, and attracting clients using these platforms

• Data entry and keeping records of projects and financial transactions, etc.

• Prior experience in any of these will be a priority - Digital marketing, Content writing, PRship, Website management, SEO work, Graphic design

Necessary Skills:

Internet/ website search, Fluency in MS Word, and MS Excel use, English writing, Good typing speed

Preferred Additional Skills: (will be given preference and higher salary)

Graphic design, Digital marketing, SEO writing, web design and maintenance, PPT preparation, Social media/ email marketing, and campaigning, Indesign or similar software use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,357.00 - ₹13,070.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indrapuri, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
