Job role: The role of computer operator includes maintaining and supporting computer systems, Internet skills, order tracking, and ensuring the security of data, files, and supplies. They also monitor the performance of the computer and provide support to the users.

Job details:

• Position: Computer Operator (Pharma)
• Education: Diploma or Graduation Mandatory
• Freshers and experienced candidates as Computer Operator, BPO are also preferred
• Job location: Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sahnewal Ludhiana, Punjab
• Local candidates are preferred from Ludhiana City Only
• Salary for Freshers: 14-15K
• Salary for Experienced: 16-18k
• Overtime paid: Rs. 1000 per day
• Full time, Work from Office, Day Shifts

Mandatory skills:

• Intermediate English speaking skills will also fine for this position
• To revert the client's emails
• To manage the godown work
• To manage the Data securely
• Must have some internet skills and Technical skills
• Must be good in Typing with 50-70 WPM
• To do the order tracking of the various products
• Proficient in MS Excel and word
• Have the good knowledge of email writing and client dealing
• Multitasking and Quick learner
• Patience and flexibility
• Eager to learn new things
• Basic knowledge of Computer

Roles & responsibilities:

• Monitoring the computer's performance, system, and hardware equipment
• Maintaining the computer's hardware and software systems, and ensuring the equipment is in good condition.
• Diagnosing hardware and software malfunctions, and taking action
• Performing regular backups of the system
• Training and instructing junior staff
• Coordinating with the IT team to ensure the production schedule is on track
• Developing and maintaining accurate reports of equipment and/or software malfunctions
• Ensuring secure environments for computer equipment, data files, and supplies
• Responding to user requests and queries as per standard processes set by the company.
