Job Description: Jewels Executive (Computer Operator)

Position Overview:

The Jewels Executive will be responsible for operating and managing Jewels Software for data entry, production tracking, and inventory management within the jewellery manufacturing unit. The role requires accuracy, system knowledge, and understanding of jewellery production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage Jewels Software for daily data updates, job allocations, and workflow tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished jewellery stock.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production, stock, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with production, PPC, QC, and accounts teams for smooth workflow and data accuracy.
• Update job cards, worker assignments, and process status in the system.
• Maintain system hygiene, verify entries, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Handle barcode printing, document management, and other system-related tasks.
• Support the management team with analytical data and reporting needs.
• Coordinate with the software support team for troubleshooting if required.
• Ensure confidentiality and follow company SOPs strictly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate, preferably in Commerce or Computer Applications.
• Mandatory experience and proficiency in Jewels Software.
• Strong computer skills: MS Excel, MS Office, and data management.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Executive in a jewellery manufacturing company.
• Hands-on experience with Jewels Software is required.
