Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage and maintain data entry, system operations, and documentation related to production, inventory, and other internal processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with jewellery manufacturing software, maintaining accurate digital records, and assisting various departments with data-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update production data, inventory records, and job orders in company systems or ERP software.
• Generate invoices, job sheets, labels, and reports as per department requirements.
• Handle daily data backup and filing of digital records.
• Coordinate with production, QC, packing, and accounts teams for real-time data entry and status updates.
• Perform other administrative or operational computer-based tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a computer operator or data entry operator.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
• Typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic understanding of jewellery industry processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass with computer knowledge
• Preferred: Graduation in Computer Applications / IT

Salary: As per industry standards

Reporting To: Production Manager / Admin Officer / IT Head

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,081.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
