Role Overview

Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain computer systems and office software
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and documentation tasks
• Support daily back-office functions and administrative duties
• Draft and send emails in a professional manner
• Make outbound and receive inbound calls as required
• Assist in coordinating internal communication and reporting

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer operations and general IT literacy
• Experience with back-office or administrative tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Minimum education:

  High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred:

  Diploma or degree in IT or a related field
