This role involves managing day-to-day computer operations, performing data entry, and supporting back-office processes to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using various software tools, drafting professional emails, making calls, and working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain computer systems and office software Perform accurate and timely data entry and documentation tasks Support daily back-office functions and administrative duties Draft and send emails in a professional manner Make outbound and receive inbound calls as required Assist in coordinating internal communication and reporting Qualifications Proficiency in computer operations and general IT literacy Experience with back-office or administrative tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Good typing speed and accuracy Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Diploma or degree in IT or a related field
