Job Description

Job Title: Computer Operator
Location: Sector 102, Near Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram - 122505
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator
Salary: upto 20k

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum: Graduate in Computer Applications / IT or equivalent.
Diploma or certification in Computer Operation preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain all school computer systems and peripheral devices.
Manage data entry, student records, and staff information in school management software.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and exam result sheets.
Perform routine system backups and data protection tasks.
Support teachers during computer lab sessions and resolve minor technical issues.
Install and update software applications as needed.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and network connectivity issues.
Ensure proper maintenance and security of IT equipment.
Coordinate with the IT administrator for major technical problems.
Maintain confidentiality of all school data and information.
