Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Office Assistant (female preferred) who can efficiently handle office coordination and basic design-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS Word, and Excel, and be comfortable managing both administrative and creative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and documentation. Prepare letters, quotations, invoices, and maintain records in Excel and Word. Support the design team by working on product tags, labels, print files, and simple layouts using Photoshop and CorelDRAW. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth workflow. Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical). Assist in data entry, inventory updates, and other back-office operations. Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and maintain office discipline and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW (basic to intermediate level). Strong command over MS Word and MS Excel (data formatting, basic formulas, reports). Good communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi. Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail. Well-organized, punctual, and capable of handling responsibilities independently. Preferred Candidate Profile: Female candidate preferred. Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in office administration, designing, or related work will be an advantage.
