Job Title: Accountant (Tally Prime Expert) Location: Kolkata (New Alipore office two Location) Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Accountant with full expertise in Tally Prime to manage our back-office project accounts, P&L books of accounts, GST, Payroll, and TDS. The ideal candidate should also be able to assist with administration and HR responsibilities when required, maintain accuracy in financial reporting, and have strong communication skills in English & Hindi with a positive and proactive attitude. Office Timing – (9-30 AM – 7:30 PM) Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain back-office project accounts efficiently in Tally Prime. Prepare and analyze P&L statements and financial reports. Handle GST calculations, filing, and compliance independently. Manage Payroll processing, statutory deductions, and related compliance. Ensure timely filing and reconciliation of TDS and other statutory requirements. Perform bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Support HR & administrative tasks such as employee records and office documentation when needed. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations. Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee data at all times. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance. 2–5 years of proven experience in accounting roles. Expertise in Tally Prime accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, Payroll, TDS, and P&L accounting principles. Good command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Positive attitude, dynamic personality, and ability to work independently. Ability to handle back-office, admin, and HR responsibilities effectively. Preferred Prior experience in multi-functional roles (Accounts + Admin + HR). Exposure to small or medium-scale companies where versatility is required. Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Office Assistant (female preferred) who can efficiently handle office coordination and basic design-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS Word, and Excel, and be comfortable managing both administrative and creative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and documentation. Prepare letters, quotations, invoices, and maintain records in Excel and Word. Support the design team by working on product tags, labels, print files, and simple layouts using Photoshop and CorelDRAW. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth workflow. Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical). Assist in data entry, inventory updates, and other back-office operations. Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and maintain office discipline and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW (basic to intermediate level). Strong command over MS Word and MS Excel (data formatting, basic formulas, reports). Good communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi. Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail. Well-organized, punctual, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
