Job Title: Computer Operator cum Office Assistant (Female) Graduate in any stream (Except Engineering) Job Title: Computer Operator cum Office Assistant (Female) Location: Karkhana, Secunderabad – Hyderabad Telangana Type: Full-Time (Office Desk) | Contract (Bond-based) Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator cum Office Assistant (Female) to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional MS Office proficiency, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to prepare professional documents and presentations. Key Responsibilities ·       MS Office Proficiency: Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ·       Presentation Design: Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for Fire Audit Site Observation Reports and other business requirements. ·       Typing & Drafting: Draft and type official letters, office documents, and communications with a typing speed of 60 WPM (words per minute). ·       Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate entry of progress reports, data sheets, and other prescribed formats. ·       Meeting Support: Assist in preparing minutes, agendas, and reports for workshops, conferences, and meetings. ·       Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, handle correspondence, and ensure proper documentation. ·       Task Execution: Carry out additional responsibilities as instructed by the reporting officer. Required Skills & Qualifications Female candidates only (Age 18–25 years). ·       Graduate in any stream (Except Engineering) ·       Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ·       Strong ability to design attractive, professional presentations. ·       Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with accuracy. ·       Strong drafting and documentation skills. ·       Good organizational and multitasking abilities. ·       Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Work Details Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:30 PM Location: Karkhana, Secunderabad – Hyderabad Telangana Documents Required: Aadhar, Resume, Bank Details Employment Type: Contract (Bond-based)
