Job Description:

The company is a premium indoor kids play and activity centre in South Delhi, is hiring a Computer Operator to manage day-to-day data and back-office tasks at our Defence Colony / Vasant Kunj centres.

The role includes maintaining attendance records, class schedules, enquiry databases, billing data and reports using Advanced MS Excel, along with basic MS Office documentation and coordination with the front office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer, billing and attendance data in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management using Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas).
• Support front office and sales team with accurate data, lists and follow-up sheets for parents and enquiries.
• Create and format letters, reports and documentation in MS Word and basic presentations in PowerPoint.
• Ensure data accuracy, backup and confidentiality in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as Computer Operator / Back Office Executive / Data Entry Operator.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts).
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Basic English communication and ability to coordinate with team members.
• Preferably graduate; experience in education / preschool / kids activity centre will be an added advantage.
