Computer Lab Assistant

Position Overview

Preference will be given to candidates who are alumni of CMS (City Montessori School), who understand the institution s values and commitment to excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong knowledge may also apply).

CMS alumni will be given preference.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to meet deadlines and work under supervision

Familiarity with school or institutional accounting processes (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare vouchers, receipts, and invoices, and ensure proper filing. Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash. Support fee collection, data entry, and ledger maintenance.

Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.). Coordinate with the administration and management on financial matters. Handle queries related to accounts and billing efficiently.
