Job Description

Job Description – IT Support Technician (Field, Pune) Provide L1 IT support at client sites across Pune. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals. Deliver, install, and collect IT equipment as per service requests. Perform basic network checks, OS installations, and application setups. Maintain accurate service ticket updates, reports, and asset records. Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution. Ensure timely completion of onsite support tasks and client requests. Communicate clearly with end users and provide friendly, customer-focused support. Follow standard IT procedures, safety guidelines, and documentation practices. Ability to work independently and manage field schedules efficiently. Two-wheeler MUST for travelling to client sites.
