The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to deliver prompt and reliable IT support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices 2. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications 3. Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network devices (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.) 4. Conduct routine system maintenance, updates, and performance optimization 5. Provide technical support to end-users onsite and remotely 6. Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations 7. Ensure system security through updates, backups, and preventive measures Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware/software troubleshooting and system support 2.
