Job Description

Production and scheduling:

Plan and coordinate daily operations and production schedules.
Oversee the entire production floor and ensure timely delivery of products.

Team management and training:

Supervise and train embroidery staff.
Provide guidance and support to the team.

Quality control:

Monitor machine performance and the quality of output.
Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Ensure finished products are clean and polished.

Technical and maintenance:

Set up and maintain embroidery machines.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine errors.
Ensure all equipment is in good working order.

Coordination and inventory:

Liaise with design, sales, and logistics teams to meet client needs.
Manage the inventory of materials and supplies.
Select appropriate needles, hoops, and frames for jobs.

Other duties:

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Assist with design placement suggestions for clients.
