- Whats this role about
This role entails the Sr Developer to migrate the existing on-premises e-commerce PIM systems and day-to-day processes to MACH compliant SaaS PIM Product.

Skills required to contribute:
Hands-on (Must have) 8+ years of working experience:
- 8+ years of experience with last 4-5 years in depth, and extensive experience of building/deploying PIM systems within an e-commerce ecosystem; on-premises and cloud-based.
- Experience on microservices, APIs and a deep understanding of cloud-native services
- Core AWS services: Expertise in Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) and AWS Lambda for building and deploying serverless functions is essential
- Knowledge on Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC), AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - proficiency with tools like Terraform
- Amazon API Gateway - creating, publishing and managing the APIs that allow microservices to communicate with one another.
- Proven experience of migrating eCommerce applications from olithic to MACH based Composable Architecture with specializing in PIM usecase/integrations.
- Experience with MACH compliant PIM platform like Akeneo, Pimberly, Bluestone PIM is preferred however knowledge on similar MACH/SaaS systems will also be good.
- Experience in developing event-based PIM solutions using any messaging system/middleware (ex- Kafka).
- Some experience with Oracle e-commerce BCC platform is added benefit.
- Good understanding of how an online Ecommerce platform works end to end.
- Should understand SEO best practices.
- Experience with data extraction tools to support business teams. Like ETL.
- Containerization - deploying and managing containerized applications using services like Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) or Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS).
- Database management - working with AWS databases like Amazon DynamoDB, goDB for NoSQL needs or Amazon RDS for relation data.
- Performance itoring - implementing observability with Amazon CloudWatch to itor application performance track metrics and set alarms.
- Experience in data itoring tools like Dynatrace, AWS Cloudwatch, X ray
- Working experience with REST, SOAP is must.
- Excellent technical, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong client interaction experience.
