Job Description

CS with 5+ years of experience in mutual fund compliance from Mumbai only apply Be the subject matter expert on SEBI MF Compliance & Companies Act Work closely with the Trustee Board of Directors to put in place a reporting framework covering the SEBI Regulations and circulars. Ensure that the Companies Act compliances and corporate governance matters of Trustee Company are taken care of Interact with SEBI on any matter that requires regulatory engagement Partner with the Risk Team to ensure appropriate reports are prepared and submitted by the AMC to the Trustee Board.
