Key Responsibilities: Ensure company operations comply with real estate laws, RERA regulations, and local property statutes. Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and financial compliance standards across all real estate projects. Report and escalate non-compliance or risk issues to senior management. Key Requirements: Ex-serviceman, could be retired. Proven experience (minimum 5–10+ years preferred). Familiarity with RERA, municipal building regulations. Attention to detail, ethical mindset, and excellent communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
