Position: Compliance & IR Officer
What Were Looking For: Education: MLS, LLB is an added advantage. Experience: 10–12 years in core Compliance & IR (preferably from MNC's manufacturing/industrial sectors). Location: Ranjangaon, Pune Your Role Will Involve: Ensuring compliance with labor laws & statutory requirements. Managing IR, grievance handling & union negotiations. Preparing & maintaining compliance trackers and audit reports. Liaising with legal advisors on labor-related matters. Supporting internal and external compliance audits.
